Like many people, my wife and I awoke to the realization that not all foods that we consume are products for optimal health. We ate all the usual suspects; healthy foods amassed in natural sugars, hidden by-products, preservatives, additives and of course GMO wheat’s.

My wife and I met in the early 90’s at hotel management school that opened a branch in Washington Depot, CT. The school was named Hotel Cesar Ritz out of Bouveret, Switzerland. While at school, we made many friends from around the world. These same good friends some twenty years later are our assets that help us source products from around the world. From shall co-op vendors that pay livable wages while engaging in sustainable friendly practices.
